RETURN - EXCHANGE TERMS
Dear Customer, the following information outlines the procedures for returns and exchanges in case of any issues with the products purchased from DEKORİX.com or if the purchased product does not meet your needs.
Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days starting from the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization indicated at the specified address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by fax, email, or phone within this period. In case of using this right, it is mandatory to send the delivered product to the SELLER with the cargo delivery report sample indicating that the product has been sent to the third party or the BUYER. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days after the arrival of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legally required obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be borne by the BUYER.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain products are not eligible for return due to their nature, such as custom-designed furniture, paint, special print products, assembled and disassembled products, disposable products, opened original package products, damaged products, perishable or expired products. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised for the products listed below if the product packaging is unopened, undamaged, and the product is unused.

Return and Exchange Right
You have the right to return or exchange the products purchased from our website within 14 days from the delivery date, according to the criteria specified below, or in cases where the products are not opened:
- In case of a manufacturing defect in the products.
- In case a different product than the one you ordered is delivered to you.
For the problems you experience with your product, which is different from the one you ordered, and which is indicated on your invoice, you can apply to us within 14 days from the date the product reaches you. After your application is approved, you can return your product without paying any "shipping fee."
In case of any damage due to shipping (A damage detection report should be prepared)
We especially recommend you to check the product when you receive it and detect if there is any visible damage with the courier. If you notice any damage during this stage, please have the courier prepare a "Damage Detection Report" and return the product with the same courier without accepting it. DEKORİX.com is not responsible for any damages/deformation in products received without a "Damage Detection Report."
If you meet at least one of the criteria above, you should submit your return and exchange request through the support section on our website or inform us via our contact phone numbers.
Important Note: If you do not like the product's color, pattern, texture, etc., as a personal preference and if there is no defect from our side, you have the right to exchange the product, but in this case, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
Procedures to be followed:
- The product packaging must be unopened.
- Contact customer representative and inform about the situation. Approval for the exchange is required.
- After approval, send the product with the specified courier code without any missing parts.
- The shipping cost is borne by the customer for products without any defects. Products sent to different courier companies are not accepted by us.
- After receiving the product, necessary checks will be performed, and if it is eligible for exchange, the exchange process will be carried out.
- The shipping fee for the desired exchange product will be borne by the customer. It will be sent to the buyer by the specified courier with cash on delivery.
To finalize the exchange process, the above-mentioned conditions must be strictly fulfilled.
